The Digital Asset Service Desk is an API workflow which underpins all actions performed via the Zodia API. Service Desk workflow Below is the end-to-end flow of the Digital Asset Service Desk workflow for operations such as transactions, wallet creations, and beneficiary creations etc. Each workflow has unique id generated called as Service Request ID (i.e. SERV-REQ-XXXXX) which will be referred in all the APIs in this workflow. There are different payload templates for each type of service request. All the products and services with templates can be retrieved using the API List of Products
